If my state were to legal that may change but with a nosy landlord i can no longer just say f it! Our last spot the house was owned by a company in Cali and we had a local property manager who oversaw numerous houses for them so we rarely saw him! Only if there was some kinda upkeep he needed done but didn’t wanna spend the $ to hire a pro!
