My seedlings are very slow..... I'm wondering if its something ive done.....

I run 24 hours lights on for the first two weeks during the seedling stage. I also don't run the inline fan to keep a constant temp around 80 to 85.
Humidifier is set at 75 to 80 with a couple fans lightly blowing on the kids. Warm and moist are crucial for optimum development in the early days of growth.
