Plugged in the humidifier last night. Peeked in today and they are growing. That was the idiot move I made....and I knew better....

(pause for self-flagulation)

One might not make it, 1 of its 2 true first leafs fell off. It's green, I'll see what it can do.

But the others are growing!

Have you found the base recipe adequate for your meats? I just finished my first batch. It turned out AMAZING, even in the oven, but I feel like I could increase the seasoning quite a bit. It's got great flavor, just a touch on the mild side (when I want a touch on the WILD SIDE!)
