@Mike20132 I learned to program on a Univac 9100, with 4K of ferric oxide ring memory in 1970 at ECPI - Electronic Computer Programming Institute. One of the basic tenants we learned then that applies today is, GIGO garbage in garbage out. I spent 40 years in IT and that rule has never been less important than now in the AI age. I am confident that if AI scanned only AFN for an answer to a grow question there is a good chance the information would be in error. AFN is not infallible now and never has been. A human being that has no knowledge of farming is just as likely to get some bad information searching here without AI as with AI. In the new site AI might be able to pick up that bad information before it gets disseminated?

A large amount of "information" posted here on AFN is just plain wrong- so much so that members who really know what they are talking about stopped sharing because battling with idiots gets you no where. I am not just talking about doing something different that works. Lord knows there are many many ways to grow cannabis that will get you to a good harvest. Case in point is Cal-mag. Years ago it was the cure for everything when in reality it was the cause of so many problems. I would wager that there are still some folks on here that recommend adding Cal Mag when the real culprit is to much N.

I understand your point of view, in fact I share it on many levels. I am retired and I enjoy being retired - well except for my book :haha: I don't think we need to fear AI, I think we need to learn how to make it work better for us.

Morning @Drownomatic :bighug:.. nail on the head ..:bravo:...and exactly what I said to @Jean-O ...the diagnosis gives you a bit of control back.

You can start your own med homework.. journey.

Diagnosis makes a difference....:d5:..

And...the isolation of thinking you are the Only one with it is killer.
You question your own sanity.
That is why I always say that is Normal here.

Join the crowd..:bighug:...there are a hell of a lot of us....:coffee:
Thanks, you gorgeous pair and everyone else too. It's true, for three years I was just the weirdo with a brain injury that makes no sense to anyone. Then I found out I'm autistic - always have been but had no clue. So now I'm figuring out how to be autistic, rather than how to be brain damaged. And there is a bit more useful information/help out there. 😁

Earlier on, someone was hailing the glorious shower and onesie. I, too, am now at that stage, though I prefer a snuggle tracksuit. Onesies can be tricky when you go to the loo.

Right, cuppa tea and some chocolate, then I'm off to therapy. I might indulge in brownies once I get home. ❤️

Yep, we’ve been pretty warm here too for a week now. Been working in the garden getting things reset for spring. I’m going to build a hugelculture (spelling?) bed…to see if that’s a better way of gardening in my sometimes very dry climate. They’re supposed to absorb and hold water away from the drought conditions…. Plus it’s a great way of disposing of old limbs and other wood bits from around the garden… :pass:
I made a bunch of raised beds in my yard using this technique. They have been working out really well.

My wife had brain surgery the healing is one day at a time :bighug:

Some I lined with a tarp others I left the bottom open to soil. The ones I lined were pre-made 4x4 crates that I salvaged. The unlined are made from PT2x12. Had to squirle proof the one because we planted a few hundred tulips.

Enjoy your day...:pighug:
