Thanks, you gorgeous pair and everyone else too. It's true, for three years I was just the weirdo with a brain injury that makes no sense to anyone. Then I found out I'm autistic - always have been but had no clue. So now I'm figuring out how to be autistic, rather than how to be brain damaged. And there is a bit more useful information/help out there. 😁

Earlier on, someone was hailing the glorious shower and onesie. I, too, am now at that stage, though I prefer a snuggle tracksuit. Onesies can be tricky when you go to the loo.

Right, cuppa tea and some chocolate, then I'm off to therapy. I might indulge in brownies once I get home. ❤️
My girlfriend is autistic. To the extent that she is incapable of supporting herself without friends and family.

She is also a wonderful, intelligent, person who's company I relish. Autism does not define the person. It doesn't define you, either.

Depressive periods are common, and you will have some days that are better than others. Know that you have "family" here, and have a lot more in common with some of us than you might imagine.

I hope you have a pleasant day, and if I can do anything to make it better let me know, ok?

Hang in there. You are loved.
