I missed the days of the Mephisto site crashing but I did partake in the 2020 sales where it was a mad rush to buy before everything sold out.
so stressful but exciting when I scored what I wanted.

They phased from that to just opening every monday for sales vs random drops but they would still freeze and crash on people! Like regardless of when it happened people were all trying to get on site and constantly refreshing pages and it would overwhelm the site! Enough i just stopped buying from them…back when i still bought seeds that is!

Hmmmmmmm yeah... Valentine's day is one of those over hyped over priced times for restaurants......I'd opt for a BBQ..

In fact... I've got a nice steak for Sunday...I might do the same...then say Happy Valentine's to hubby...so he knows he forgot......


He always does...but I get brownie points for guilt.......

@Mañ'O'Green , & @Mossy - Why? hahahah, well..... I didn't really want to jump in the North Baltic sea in -40 weather but it was most likely a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Snowmobiling in the arctic circle was pretty cool. The landscapes are so pretty with the frozen snow on all the trees. We crossed a couple rivers and rode across a frozen lake. The trail took us to the top of a mountain in a private forest reserve with a traditional "Lavvu" built by the local indigenous Sami people.
