4 weeks may be too long! Just remember photos will double or more in size after u flip and that’s in a normal pot and eb tend to grow big ones! 2-3 weeks may be plenty! Those in that pic only got like 4wks and they were stretchy but grew taller than the door frame of my 2x4 gorilla tent! ;)

Sounds good to me what should I start and how often should I be top dressing them you think? Plan is to start in solo cups in the heady start mix then transplant to jr in the 3.0 mix after the first week

I would topdress first time at flip! Use craft blend and a good amount of compost and then check em in 3 or 4 weeks! Once the roots are totally growing thru the compost on top u can add more! Depending how far out they are when u add more u may need a flower finisher in another 3-4 weeks! Depends how long bloom is expected to take and how far into it they are when u do that 2nd feed!

Also u can always just cut the bottom off and plant the whole solo cup into the EB! Keep the rez full and soil decently watered in the box and the roots will grow down into it! That cup will also help hold the cover up a little off the soil so it can collect water and drip it back down as intended!

You should leverage the fact that you do not need to transplant in an EB, plant directly to well prepared evenly moist soil 1/2 inch deep. Keep warm which is good for the soil biome also.
