Mossy Cheap tomato tip... ..

Your Favourite tomato...simply remove 4 or 5 seeds.... smear on kitchen roll..space them out a bit....

(Leave a message for hubby..that if he throws these ones out he's in trouble......he threw the last ones away.)

Dry for a few days in the sun..cut to size...

Lay on top of compo in a 4 inch pot...drop of compo on top...and #justaddwater ..

Might be a bit early on the season...but it costs me absolutely nothing to try........and how much is a packet of tomato seeds....?...

I'm all checked in at the horsepistol. They explained the procedure and it doesn't sound so bad, something like a couple of knitting needles stuck through my back into my kidney, with liquid nitrogen pumped through them to freeze the tumor. I hope to get out today. Several of my refugee kids are praying for me. What, me worry?

I talked on the phone with him, was looking for small sized lights for my 4x2, dual units are what I want for mine. He doesn't make them for stock, but he did make recommendations to other companies who do because of what he knows about them and the fiddle-fuckery out there in the McMarket place concerning lighting...
No sales pressure, and fair blunt talk from a serious, passionate light tech geek who is so good at this he made a company of it

You know I'm a winter hibernator... lowest months Jan/Feb.
I don't work proper without the sun on my back...?...

Couple of coincidences...blood tests from the doc come back saying hypothyroidism..(ongoing checks.)

So when I was looking to spend my Xmas #Amazon vouchers I checked out some thyroid support meds.
Bought them and got immediate response...my feet warmed up for the first time in a couple of months.......sign they do work..but expensive upkeep...
So...bit more googling about and they suggested Iodine drops for thyroid support.... cheaper.......

So I got a bottle of this to try...a tenner from #Amazon ...

Now read the bottom of the text...it says take two full droppers full a day.....

...I misread that as two drops a day..


So massive underdosed...but...I could Feel a difference in Hours........

Hubby has been suffering massively with lack of energy and inertia since he had that really bad flu over Xmas/Jan...it really knocked 7 bells out of him...

So yesterday lunch I suggested he took a couple of drops under his tongue...not the full dose..just a drop either side of his tongue.
It's absorbed by the mucus membrane.....you don't swallow.. #JustSayin

Anyway...he said he could feel a difference by last night...

Then this morning we were out at 9.30am for the dog walk...instead of the normal 11.30 am ATM...and low and behold..he actually started his jobs..and worked through to 3pm.........wow....

If you Feel Winter hibernation..for a Tenner....Well Worth a Try.........

I rolled some lower grade sift a few days ago. I didn’t think I would be able to get it into a ball and I was correct. I kept it pressed for 48 hours making a 6 gram puck.
