Do you know...I was sitting last night...after 1am...not moving from the chair...and me activity tracker buzzed...ignored it...5 minutes later..buzzed again..so I looked.. expecting the Move prompt...get off your arse thing...
But when I looked...

.. it's bloody mail notifications coming in from Discourse...

Gonna have to figure out how to switch that off...or I'll be getting buzzed all bloody night....
