..You got a chilled Sunday after your busy work week....?....
I almost removed a bit of the center soil after this last fail to get rid of the curse happening but chose to stick it out.had the same thing happen to two recent seeds. both older seeds @ 3 and 7 years but who knows. New seeds popped without issue in same holes

Idk man this doesnt look bad at all. I've had some really shitty slow looking mutant ones that looked waaaay worse and they ended up being my best plants in the tent. You do you player its your grow and your time/money on the line but I agree with @Fermented_Fruitz thats way too early to call it a bad one. I've had some that I was convinced were gonna be runts or shitty and later I was like man im so glad I didnt rip this out.
