AMERICA 
I’ve got boneless pork shoulders on the smoker. They were coated in rub, rested in fridge, at midnight tossed them on, 15 hours later I’ve covered with foil to break over the stall point now two hours later it’s almost done and we can have bbq pull pork sandwiches.
