I make a lot of stuff that winds up in jars. Not just Green Dragon

Mostly ferments like honey garlic and honey ginger. Both pretty darn good for you.... I don't ship much in the way of quantity, but I do love to share.

I have always wanted to make pepper infused (hot) honey that I could jar up with confidence it won't poison the person I send it to. Now I have a technique I am comfortable with. The product is a clean honey already infused with the goodies from the peppers with everything but the honey filtered out. It is otherwise pure honey and will last "forever."

Not buttery buffalo flavor but oh so good! Got these to try today and they are off the chain!

Pepperoni crazy puffs from little caesers! Usually not a fam of their stuff but these are yummy! Lil dough puffs with a tiny smidge of sauce plus pepperoni and cheese and lil garlicy sauce over the top! :drool:

Saw this yesterday and as there is no debris I don’t think it was an accident i think it caught fire to the point the damn engine exploded and blew the hood outward like that!
