Dinner last night was a Grilled Ham & Cheese on 7 grain GF bread the salad was Kale, Fennel, potato with roasted walnuts, raisins and a lemon olive oil dressing. Ms. MOG made the salad - enough said!

Then for breakfast this morning we had Waffles made from 50% rolled oats and 50% Hazelnut Meal the problem is the 1/4 stick of butter and real maple syrup

I love them anyhow
