I needed to rebuild my brain though, I was stuck in so much old trauma and stuff that affected me and my relationship to people around me. I needed to start over. So I built a new role for myself, one that is healthy and celebrates life instead of trying to escape it as much as possible.

That was some deep shit right there. I feel lifted. 18 hours in on my fast, had a good run in the sun, did some bodyweight work in the park. Saw a pair of great tits, yeah, I'm good

OMG...I don't know who got the biggest fright.....
...it was lying in the window slider channel... TF the window was closed....Then it's dropped into my fert/junk box...oh my....
...I'm pleased I fed the girls earlier..coz I ain't rooting around the box for the next 24 hours....
..give it time to make it's getaway....
