I used to take supplements but now since I've been without I can't tell a difference so They are ridiculously priced too.

We need to have a word about the iodised/table salt.

In the UK when we were growing up there was only two main brands of salt available in the UK...and both were table salt.
So..if you used salt you took it every day year 'round.

What is iodised salt.

Salt with added iodine.... ...why....?...

No one ever said why the government is effectively mass dosing us with iodine ...we weren't educated about it...

But it is in there to lift our metabolic rate...our governments or health officials know enough about it to add it... without saying why.

If there is iodised salt available....might be worth switching for the winter... cheaper than supplements......

Also...if you went to a dedicated supplement retailer...you will find the prices are about 4 times the price of Amazon......
