She does thick slices bigger than any mandolin we have come across! Why i suggested an electric meat slicer that has a dial and a wide range of thickness options u can set it at!
My home model only opens to 15mm /0.59" that is not especially big. I am going for thin.
I need to go thinner in the next round, less beef base as it was a bit salty, the glue worked well as they stayed together well when fried from frozen. I used a blend of oils, avocado, canola, and olive oils with butter. They cooked done from frozen in 10 minutes. The texture was a bit tough. the flavor was very good and it made a good sandwich. I used my Million Dollar Velveeta on it.

I used a polish grain spirt I found at a liquor store. It's 192 proof. Straight up GAS.

@Emerald Archer I saw your write ups and will have to try the heated method and see what the difference is. I was going by this write up on the cold process. They did a potency test and found that potency starts to increases at 24hrs and starts to fall off at around 30days. I think I did 30 days last time and was not disappointed.

Since she didn’t do last weekends market due to the rainy weather my parents are doing a market today and tomorrow to make up for it! Woke up at 6 and getting ready to head out in a few! :thumbsup::cooldance:
