At the market yesterday one of the vendors gave my mom some top shelf homemade biscuits so gonna have breakfast for dinner! Was gonna do it last night but the chef was exhausted after 2 markets in a row! Biscuits, gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs tonight!
Smoked up some pork loin ribs as my daughter asked me if I’d make some. Asked the dog to watch the smoker and alert me to find him sleeping on the job. After the 3hrs of smoke wrapped them up with butter, brown sugar, Apple pear purée that cooked another 2hrs, final hour basted with remaining liquid and bbq sauce.
