A friend went dankrupt, and bought a pack of Stizzy pre rolls from an unlicensed dispensary. Likely they are black market.

Anyways my friend and their partner share one of these, and both nod out. They are at another friend's house.

So this other friend's dog eats the roach and goes into symptoms of cardiac arrest. They are taken to the vet and blood test shows THC, and Fent.

The dog recovered in 4 days. Friends are okay, but shaken.

They give Narcan to anybody who asks for it here. They have a table stacked with it at the library for people to take. The county handed out flyers with a phone number to get free Narcan in the mail. I got 6. The "mayor's impact team" came to the 'hood last week and left a bag with various flyers and a Narcan kit at every house. I keep a couple in the car and some at the house. If somebody is showing symptoms of overdose just spray it in their nose. Works on dogs too if they sniff some Fentanyl dust by accident. Most of the heroin is Fentanyl now, which was causing a lot of overdoses, but now with easy access to Narcan OD's are way down (per my fireman son). Sometimes they lace street weed with it on purpose, or if they're processing weed and Fentanyl in the same house, the weed can get contaminated by accident. Another reason to grow yr own.
