I've damaged the main sympathetic nerve...so every time I get a bug/cold.. when my immune system kicks in...so does the nerve pain.

That's why I avoid all huggy kissy plague seasons........long before COVID occurred.


I'm missing me #FingerDabs though...I'm sure they would have helped more....

I'm drinking water like a fish coz I'm worried the pain in my back might be kidney pain...but it feels lower... probably me hips gonna drop out......


Hoping it is just the bug.... and it eases off soon....coz it is wearing me out...

My meat market had some Beef-Bacon.. I made Beefy BLATs. Added in Avocado and sub’d in Spinach for the lettuce…
It was delicious, but a bit tougher/chewier. It reminded me of a smoked beef stick. I will cook it a mite longer next time, but it was damn good.

Yup. Hoping im done early. Brand new jack hammer started smoking and shooting sparks . Only the second time we used it.Really don't want to break concrete with a hammer all day.
