Have a look at this... information categories..... ....and that is hubbys Report...
It is like a health evaluation... lots might be not be relevant to your current health interest...but keeping an eye on bone density and muscle mass loss should be relevant to most for osteoporosis and diabetes...
I've never been offered a body evaluation in the UK healthcare system...and I'm thinking in the US where you pay for your med care ..this kind of body run down would cost a bit...
But..the scales that do it cost £50 ....I probably wouldn't have bought them...but seeing what they actually do... one of the best healthcare investments ever for proactive healthcare.....
Yup.. small plates......lingonberry you may need to import...but I find the bought meatballs are pure joy... everyone has slightly different tastes...but all have been exceptional......
A couple from Newcastle I've befriended have an English style pub just north of the border. They import sausages from the UK and have a KILLER bangers and mash with gravy. When it gets cooler I'll go there for a piece of cod in batter with chips. Vinegar and salt of course. Nice guys. And sometimes, it's nice not cooking and not eating so healthy

Most of the Indonesian furniture we used to sell come into massive warehouses in Holland ..and then ship to the UK...and in the winter we could have 2-3 week delays when the ferry just couldn't cross.
I always wanted to go to the Dam..see the warehouse... visit a coffee shop......but our rep got stuck on a ferry out to sea in a raging storm for 15 hours coz it was too unsafe for them to dock...
Nah..nah...never...ever...I would have died of fear never mind seasickness.....
By the sounds of fireworks and church bells I'm guessing we might be on a fiesta day........ probably why the beach was full early...and an amber heat alert ... beach is probably the only cool place to be..
