Mornin' y'all! Hope everyone is well. Coffee toast and back to work.

Wasted my day off yesterday, played Warzone for like 8 hours. Did manage to pick up one solo win. Kinda worth it!

Beef short rib.........a pound of chicken liver.......2 hours in the pressure cooker and the bones will be soft and the liver will disintegrate in to thicken the stock.........................,........
