Liver and onions with mash potato is old UK staple..hubby loves it... ..what about steak and kidney....do you do that in the US....?....

No I don't do entrails. I love the aroma of liver and onion frying but the taste and texture of the liver just kills it for me. When I was young I went on a cow drive and ate a bunch of breaded and fried cow balls - mountain oysters. They were very good, I was very hungry .

Reminds me of my granny! We used to go eat at this place Luby’s cafeteria and never failed every single time she would order the liver and onions!

Ms. MOG loves the stuff. She does not have anyone to eat it with her since her mom passed. I love her dearly but I am not doing liver and onions with her.
