Good Day all......hope you're all having an awesome day. Not sure what's causing my joint pains but every joint is on fire today. Weatherman doesn't show any major systems coming in but it looks to be another day of heavy medication. Trying to keep moving but it's getting tough to do. Got a consult with the surgeon again in a week and a half so fingers crossed we set a date to fix this.

yesterday and the day before were my heavy pain days…no apparent reason for the flare up, either….

the t-stormz didn't start til a lil after 3am....not sure how long they lasted, but when i got up around 9:30, the skiez were clear & the pic above is what i happened to see in the rain guage that bringz our rainfall total for the month of july up to 17" so far, which far exceedz the most we've ever gotten in a given month since i've lived here....and they say we''ll be gettin more on wed the 30th, so it ain't over yet
and so, fittingly, here'z today'z dose of vitamin E...
