Meyer lemon...that's the one we got... perpetual lemon harvest.....:headbang:
The Meyer makes a great pie but you cannot beat the Eureka for acid and pucker power. I had a variegated Eureka that produced all year. They were very good when ripe and sour beyond belief when less than ripe.

No, I buy Green Beans at a local coffee mill, I go thru TOO much and prices are UP , I dont think I save a whole lot ,
but drinking very FRESH coffee , Fun

Your beans look great, not as dark as the first picture. You should get a can or pouch with a one way valve for your beans to off-gas without being exposed to oxygen. I use and like these. I do not store coffee over 12 days. The peak flavor depends on the beans and the roast but usually around day 4 or 5 for soft beans and 5 to 7 for hard beans and hard dark roasted 10 -12 days. Man I love coffee!

So I started to eat this morning when I remembered to take a picture.

I sautéed onion, garlic and ginger in olive oil and added the curry sauce, boned chicken, coconut crème and yogurt. Served with fried potatoes and fried eggplant. The sauce was good but it needed to be kicked up a few notches.
