So upon further reading another part of the issue is it technically is already illegal to import and sell vapes from china that aren’t authorized by the FDA but there wasn’t much enforcement before but they been cracking down lately! Means bunches of shipments have been seized by customs! Why nowhere online has much of a supply left!

While all the Texas politicians were bitching over banning thc-a stuff they quietly passed a bill banning flavored nicotine vapes imported from china so a huge swath of brands are no longer gonna be available! Fuckers trying to get us back on nasty ass cigarettes i guess!

Whats stupid is there is no regulation on the US vape market so could be just as bad as any coming in from elsewhere! Big tobacco musta broke out the checkbook last campaign season since it was saying unauthorized vapes made up over 70% of vape sales last year in the states!

I don't care what aspect of government you have, "Follow the money" is the best policy for getting down to what is actually occurring!
