Does anybody else notice that hash is easier on the lungs than rosin? All I have so far is finger hash I've been hitting, not very clean, with lots of leaf fragments. It's making me want to try some ice water or dry ice.

I can honestly say that a properly aged temple ball, made from either dry ice or ice water hash, will give you the most flavor from any bit of cannabis you've ever come upon.
I think it is a bit easier on the lungs also, especially vaping.
I took the highest quality dry ice shake in used Frenchy Cannoli's hot wine bottle method. By the time I finished manipulating it , just think of it as a warm Tootsie roll consistency .
It's definitely a labor of love! It does take quite a bit of manipulation to get the job done properly! The very last step before I put it away for curing, is to get the surface as smooth and shiny as possible. This lets the temple ball dry properly and develop a crust on the outside which seals the temple ball. That's where all the magic occurs is inside during the aging process.
You know that you have made a proper temple ball, when after aging you break it open and you find the inside of the Temple ball has changed color, also consistency. It changed from that very Black, to a much lighter color with almost a grainy texture, kind of like Crumble.
Too bad the guy stopped making Bubble Bowls! With them, the dry ice method is so easy and far less messy with no freeze dryer needed. I haven't seen anyone doing it, but I
think you could take one of your ice water bags, Fill it with your buds and dry ice and then shake it
onto a nice smooth finish, such as a large pane of glass or Stainless steel table top. I do my second shake into a
BIG smooth bottom plant tray, so you could probably use that method also.
If someone is a flavor chaser, then this is right up your alley!
