I've never tried pan searing them. Must try.
Be forewarned…..it’s hard to go back :rofl: :pass:

Pan sear, then make a pan sauce after you remove them (this was a browned butter garlic and sage sauce)….. then add back to the sauce to finish at the end…
 
Pics from my adventures today caught some fish and went to buddies house for a seafood boil :woohoo1: :lildab::pass:
