Starting to run out of steam...

The weather is supposed to turn more seasonal this week - Cooler in the high 80s low 90s. The problem is all of the smoke from fires. There were over 16,000 lightning strikes in California over the past 24 hours. They have started many fires. I don't think the air is going to get better anytime soon.

My sinuses and chest are beginning to dry up, my muscles ache and I am tired of coughing. There has been a side benefit of all the coughing if you want to call it that, two kidney stones <1mm and a bit of sand have been jarred loose in the coughing and I have passed them. When they are that small there is not a lot of pain. I know I still have one just under 4 mm that showed on the last x-ray. I wish that one would pass sooner than later.
