What is the family mentality like among the general population? Which relatives are included, and is there a line of succession?

Crazy farmer. I mean he shot way off right but imagine killing a child with a bow because he stole apples. Almost level with blowing a boat with 11 people to bits because there might be drugs on it.

Someone 4 hours away from me was charged with murder like 3-4 days ago cuz a kid did a ding dong ditch and rang the doorbell and ran off and the owner came out and shot him! The kid was only 11yrs old!
