As much as I want to dislike RFK my liver is doing awesome after just a week without any seed oil at all. I usually fall for a salty peanuts trap and go crazy on them once or twice a week right and they have rapeseed oil on them. This week I haven't though. Got some natural all nut mix the other day.

Big difference is that when I eat the salted oily peanuts I can go through a pound, with the natural nuts I wanna save the rest, I get full, don't want no more.

Big food is like big pharma. They wanna get us hooked on shit.

Not sure about now but i worked there about 2mo when i turned 15 and at that time the main ingredient for chicken nuggets (listed #1 on ingredient list) was fish extract! :yoinks::nono::rofl:
I use fish sauce to add umami to foods but it sure as hell is not the number 1 ingredient.

Peanuts are grown underground...and can carry a mold that doesn't get destroyed by cooking.... :headbang: ...

Part of our avoiding allergens diet is no nuts grown underground...only nuts that grow on trees...

And tree nuts in our area are cheap..great quality..and available.


BTW...in your home country...did you use iodised salt..(table salt)...?...
