As much as I want to dislike RFK my liver is doing awesome after just a week without any seed oil at all. I usually fall for a salty peanuts trap and go crazy on them once or twice a week right and they have rapeseed oil on them. This week I haven't though. Got some natural all nut mix the other day.
Big difference is that when I eat the salted oily peanuts I can go through a pound, with the natural nuts I wanna save the rest, I get full, don't want no more.
