I toured 2 different well known cured meat companies that I won't name when I was helping them hire staff. Hints: Rhymes with Maybe and Hymns.

But they are very clean, and I placed some of their scientists so I know they take safety seriously.

.....and their huge smokehouses are impressive! I hoped for samples but they didn't offer, maybe regulations.

I don't shy away from their products. Im adventurous but poopoo coffee is way beyond my comfort level.

My grandfather worked at an armors meat packing plant….in the eighties. I visited him exactly once at work
