Same here!
I do have a little bit of skin in the game. I'd kinda like to see some of the seeds I donated, specifically for this, to be distributed and enjoyed by the members.
I donated an entire large vial of Asian Haze.

edit.......Seeds that you can't buy any more!

I never thought I'd be into it, but I am. I've done lobster tail once, as a teenager. That's the next one to tackle (that almost qualifies as a fishing pun!) I don't know about this "crawfish" thing though.

I wonder if there's this guy on here, with a new cookbook, that has a good recipe... :pass:
I have never liked snow crab but the little blue crabs or whatever they were that my vietnamese buddies mom made back when i was in elementary school were off the chain! Pretty sure i remember eating parts of them crabs i would prob turn my nose up at today! Think i remember the body of the crab being opened up and eaten too but this was 35yrs and lots of drugs ago!:doh::rofl:

Maryland soft-shell crabs are yum. They keep them in a bucket until they molt their shell, and cook them before they can grow a new shell, so the whole thing is a chewy consistency, shell and all.
