Remember when people wouldn’t shut up about kirby vacuums? I sure am glad that’s over…

I had to threaten to bust the Kirby guys equipment with a baseball bat before he would leave. I had a houseful of foreign visitors, so I said he could only come in for 5 minutes. So he started dumping dirt on my floor and sucking it up. When I told him his 5 minutes were up he just kept talking and talking until I brought out the bat.

Went and got my Flu shot and Covid booster. I have a book signing and sale coming up in two weeks and will be out in the crowds. I don't want to wear a mask.

I sold Electrolux door to door when I was in college the first time and I guarantee you do not stick your foot in the door more than once. I limped for days. One sale paid the rent, two sales paid all utilities and food, a third sale paid for all of the partying. I never made four in the same month so they canned me
