it was/is the big toe on my right foot actually, and it was the 6 ft 2x12'z that fell on it edge-on that def didn't bounce pretty sure it ain't broken, but it'z def swollen & banged up but good....a general shade of black, blue & purple ppp

. Ouch....get it up above hip level to drain the swelling....get Gracie to do the cooking..cleaning for a few days.....

I cannot believe it has been two years already. Wow time flies. Your yard is coming along nicely and going with what grows native is a good path. If your fence posts are sound it would be a good idea to put a sealer on the pickets and exposed wood framing. It seems a bit expensive at first but in the long run is a great investment.

What is it falling wood day? I jammed my finger trying to stop a piece of plywood from falling off the deck of my table saw today. It had a pulse for hours and my knuckle does not like bending. I bet it is locked up in the morning.

I hope your toe is not worse in the morning. Perhaps you should put some Mickey's in an ice chest by the bed within arms reach so you can anesthetize in the morning.
