The best cheesecake I ever had was made by a Sicilian lady from NYC….It was dark on the outside and she called it cheese pie…Juniors is a famous place in Brooklyn. They been selling them in grocery stores here for a bit. Overrated personally. The grocery store version is ok at best. Real good cheesecake in this area though

That's more the standard creamy cheesecake. I prefer it to stick to the back of the fork. Look for cheesecakes made with ricotta cheese
