An OLD Marine buddy was arrested in Mississippi and had his 1st, 4th and 5th Amendment Rights violated.

It was a pretextual stop and even that was bogus. The State Trooper claims he didn't signal before a turn. Everything was caught on my buddy's very elaborate dash Cam! Even though my buddy gave the trooper his driver's license and insurance, the SOB kept fishing with the usual 'Where are you going? Where are you coming from and all the crap. The old grunt told the trooper that he will now be evoking his 5th Amendment Right and will not be answering any further questions without the presence of his lawyer.
Well, this pissed off the Tyrant! So the trooper orders him out of the car. This is
ONLY legal if the officer is in fear for his life. He politely informed the officer of this fact and that's, with in seconds, when the trooper went ape shit, busted out his window, yanked him out of the car, slammed him on the ground and handcuffed him. The bastard ruffed him pretty bad!

He was bleeding from a gash in the forehead and the sorry ass bastard wouldn't even take him to the hospital! His neighbor bailed him out the next morning and took him to the hospital. He had a big huge knot on his forehead, the gash needed stitches and he had bruises all over.
I made a few calls and found him two lawyers, one for the stupid charges and then one to sue for civil rights violations. I expect the charges to be dropped any day. They gave him the turn signal ticket and then they charged him with resisting arrest and delaying an official in his duties. The civil rights case is pretty much an open and shut case, but it's just gonna take a while to get done as they normally do , unless they settle out of court .
A couple of his guys at the local VFW have set a date next week to protest at the Patrol office. I think I'm gonna go. If I go, he and I are gonna go to and request the body cam and patrol footage during the protest.
I think it could be quite entertaining. I think the turnout will be quite large. I think they are getting support from several VFWs in the area.
I'm trying to figure out what I want to wear. It's gotta make a statement!

Shirt option One:
I think this one might fly over the heads of most of the idiot troopers. It does take just a little bit of intelligence to recognize the meaning.
Shirt option number two
I think maybe the rank and file idiots might understand this one better!

I think it might be blunt enough for them to get the idea!

I just couldn't find a shirt that said, "
FUCK TYRANTS!"

Which should it be? Number one or number two? Both have interesting aspects!
I think you get completely two different reactions from the same statement, but different shirts.
"Read the shirt asshole!"
I think with shirt one you would get the RCA Victor dog reaction.........with his head cocked to the side...... and the react to the asshole comment.
I will guarantee you that if I use that comment with the second shirt, I know I will have some moron trooper say, "Is that a threat?"
Me, "Naaaaaaaa! It's a
PROMISE !
I'm trying to joke around as much as possible. It wasn't like that a few days ago. When my buddy called me up and told me what happened, I got irate as hell! When he sent me the pictures of what he looked like the day after, I got so freaking incensed with anger, I spent over two hours in the shop sorting crap and moving stuff around to burn off the steaming anger.
With my Grunt buddy told me about this, My first thought was another DWB arrest...............driving while black....... He said maybe, but the trooper was black also. He sent me his full dash Cam recording. It was pretty disgusting the way he treated him, just verbally, not to mention all the physical abuse!
I think it's pretty bad when you see this occur to normal regular citizens, but when you see it happen to someone that put their life on the line for the Constitution, it takes it to a totally different level in my opinion. But I'm a bit biased!
SHIRT ONE?
OR
SHIRT TWO?
