PC Express is Superstore. Delivery service changes but this time it was Uber.

Ya uber eats is a bitch to order groceries thru because the replacement process is a pain! Unless u have gone in and pre approved options for everything if an item is out of stock the shopper isn’t allowed to just pick a replacement! Basically u need to keep your phone in your hand cuz it sends a notification to the person that orders if an item is out of stock so u have an option to choose a replacement! It takes a while tho so i assume plenty of shoppers just refund it and move on to the next item! Especially with as cheap as uber eats is for their portion of payment to the shopper!

Guess i shoulda asked first but is it where u ordered thru that companies app and it dispatched to uber eats to shop the order? If so thats probably an added layer of difficulty when u gotta substitute stuff!
