Have you tried fasting?
I intermittent fast every day….my eating window is generally from about 4pm-7pm…. Although I pick a day every ten to eat extra calories….so it’s an open window that day…

maybe….I’ll buy a sailboat and live wherever I am…..
In "Wind in the Willows," Water Rat said to the Mole: "Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing -absolutely nothing-half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats." I'd have to concur. I lived on sailboats for years, usually off-grid. I especially enjoyed my times in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands. I still dream of sailing away again, but now I can't get too far from the doctors' offices, and these refugee kids are dependent on me. I have to remind myself of the words of an old sea captain, "Anybody who'd go to sea for pleasure would go to hell for a pastime."

Precisely the dream….. although I think a circumnavigation would be cool…

I’ll fight this quote with a quote:

“Most men lead lives of quiet desperation, and die with the song still in them.”

-Henry David Thoreau, from his book Walden

I’d go to hell for a pastime, there’s probably lotsa very interesting people to talk to…:headbang:
