Sausage and peppers on a bun….what’s not to love

I could do the peppers but hate the texture of onions plus the brat was good enough without it

I knew they weren’t hotdogs! If it’s made of meat and will fit on a hotdog bun i call em dogs! Usually only see the green pepper and onion mix on fajitas so u threw me off! They will add some nice flavor to that new griddle tho!

Must not be a Texas thing peppers and onions is pretty common with sausage or brats at least here

I was just gonna post that i gotta remember not everyone here is from texas like me! Not a big Italian community in tejas!

Italian food to most people in texas is olive garden!

I don’t like em either but grilled sweet onions are the only kind i like cuz it softens em up! I’m not a fan of crunchy vegetables!

I’m definitely a weirdo! I can’t eat something soft with crunchy veggies in it! Why my burgers are ketchup only! Occasionally i will live on the wild side and do my burger with lettuce and tomato but i usually wind up pulling it off about halfway into the burger!
