We were sitting indoors yesterday... outdoor in full sun it was just off 60C with a strong hot wind...like standing in an industrial dryer.

We were indoors...but the combined efforts of the Aircon and the oscillating fan were struggling to keep the indoor temps below 32 C...

Then plink.... electricity cut........almost 7 hours..............last two weeks of tourist season....the infrastructure can't cope...
