I don't really sleep much these days so I can sympathize with that picture

I have thought of - and when I was more capable a person tried as much - and you would be amazed that even a little bit helps a lot.

I really love cooking, and when I could I used to do a lot of it - including cooking for my county's soup kitchen. There is something really rewarding when you can break bread with someone who would otherwise go hungry.

I miss it alot. I really do.
