It depends on how you see it, at least we can have an ordinary debate about it.
What are governments going to do with all this power?
We know what they have done with power they have gotten before and it hasn't been pretty man. And the amount of power super intelligence gives I don't even know. Fuck this shit. I'm gonna go live with the tweakers in the abandoned fort.

Hey @Mañ'O'Green do u know how many wide mouth pints and quarts u can fit in your new cooler canner u made? My mom has used her ball one so much the inside of the rivets on the handles rotted out so they leak if u fill it up for quarts so definitely needs replacing! She had the original ball one that was only like $150 when she bought it and when it was replaced by warranty they no longer made that model so they sent the newer digital model but now they no longer make the old one and its like $350 to replace! And it throws error codes too often to buy another 1!
It is not a canner other than for pasteurizing pickles at 180°F and I am not sure how it will fare at that temperature yet. The lid warped some at 145°F doing the ribs. It was the cheapest cooler I could find at Wally World. The maximum temperature the sous vide can achieve is 197°F. I will probably need to get a better quality ice chest that is also rated for hot foods. I can easily fit 12 Pints which was my goal I also think I can fit 12 quarts but haven't tried yet.

Rational ovens changed my life. They take care of all sous vide needs but vacuuming and freezing if you are in to that. With one of those you are set.

They are very precise and solves all decarboxylation needs too.

I've worked with them for more than 10 years, not joking. Real pro tip 🤜🤛
