They need to hurry up! One of my moms friends somehow had a kid who got a full ride to Harvard so she decided to move up there with him! She’s absconding from her shitty husband and packing up and leaving while he’s at work today so they are getting a room at my pops hotel for the night to leave in the morning! Moral of this story is they are all going out to dinner at the diner from a few days ago so may be getting a refill on them steak fingers! Now that i know the breading doesn’t get soggy and fall off may get the whole steak instead of fingers but they also have a blackened chicken sandwich that looks killer!

Surprising the kid turned out smart and is gonna go somewhere cuz my mom met her when she lived next door with her mom when we lived in dallas and this lady (the friends mom that is) was such a trashy hoarder that she was gonna lose her house over taxes and unpaid fines from the city due to the hoard and lack of utilities so days before she was gonna lose her house she sold it for a $35,000 check! They put like $90,000 into fixing the house back up and sold it for over $700,000 in under a year! That neighborhood is an old fancy neighborhood in Dallas called lakewood by white rock lake and its had so many mansions and shit added its prob worth double that now! Wish i had the money to invest back when she sold it! And these houses were clearly from the 50’s-60’s cuz the one we lived in still had all the 1970’s wood paneling on the walls in there and over 20yrs ago it was like $1800 for rent on a 1,300 sq ft house!

I noticed it on the map near that diner the other day and they have some killer looking burgers! Gotta give them a try soon but prob go get one of the $10 burger and fry lunch options as a trial run!
