Good Morning Stoners...............going to be a warm one here for the next couple of days.............I'm off to the city for my first physio appointment. It is an hours drive each way so I can medicate all the way there and I have ice and meds for the return trip too. Sure hope they go easy on me because I ache already..........have an awesome day and make it memorable.........
