I’m thinking that guy wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and bounced outta his seat (who hasn’t been there, amiright)…. And pinned the throttle without steering…
Still got a couple hours, waiting for the internal temp to rise from 173 to about 200-205….then a wee rest…then dig in…. I’m having a baked sweet potato and a coors light to tide me overSpeaking of blissful…. hows dat hunk o meat comin along??
