Sometimes, I wish I wasn't so damn practical!:face::haha::haha::haha:

While I really would like to have a C5 Vette to play around a bit, I really NEED a pick up truck. I was going to get a Vette just to have transportation while I took my time in rebuilding the suspension on my Crown Vic Sport. I know me all too well. Once the Crown Vic is finished, The temptation to modify the vette would be quite strong. The problem is I already have a 'money pit' to modify. For the price of the Corvette I was looking at, I can bring my old Mach1 Back to the streets.

But either project is second in line to getting a grow room built in the shop. That is still my main priority.

I don't need to haul big trailers anymore or anything heavy like that. It's not going to be used for long trips. The only towing I would use it for is either pulling a little boat to the lake or little trailer for my lawn mower.
You don't get much more simple than a Ranger pick up. I found a 2004 4 cylinder manual transmission with air conditioning and single cab. It's white and just about as bare bones as you can get. Extremely easy to work on with nothing being complicated or expensive.

Gonna go look at it today and test drive it. I'll be in Marky Mark's territory on the northwest side of 820.
I showed it to my boy and his only question was, Do you think you'll fit? :crying::crying:
I told him I'm pretty sure that if I had the seat all the way back, I'll only have to duck a little bit. :crying::crying::haha::haha:
