Is it unhealthy for 80 year old people to start 420 to be a bit more aktive?

Try it. I work out on weed all the time but I see people just hanging around the house too right.

I set my mind on what I want to do and do it. If I "just sit for a minute" I won't get off my ass. But I hear that's a problem for everybody.
