Dinner last night was excellent, ATK's version of Chicken Stroganoff using Lamb Yogurt in the place of sour cream, corn fettuccini, with baked Acorn like squash in a maple syrup reduction with butter. A green salad with greens from the garden and tomato, celery and cucumber from the farm market.

I have a mix of old school mechanical timers, and one bank of lights is controlled by wifi with an app.

The time in the app changed, but of course the mechanical timers did not.

Check your setups if you use a mix of both.

I will miss some clock/timer around the house for sure but the garden is dialed in.

We are all just one disaster away from having nothing, yours appears to be imminent. I was forced to live in my panel truck more than once in my lifetime, I found a guy that was down on his luck just like me at one time digging in the same trash bins for cans n' bottles we were able to rent a cheap apartment by joining forces and working different routes. Then we started selling vacuums door to door, then Real Estate. The thing is "Life is like a box of Chocolates, you never know what you are going to get". Just keep movin on.

Hey all, I’ve hit a tough spot after loosing my Dad. I miss our calls each day.

Was my remembrance birthday dinner for my Dad and 2 day early one for me. Cesar marinated zucchini and Tri Tip Steaks I grilled, wife made a lemon blueberry dump cheesecake and fresh cucumber salad.
