Hey Now,
Here’s a question for any and all phot-reg growers out there. I planted a dozen regular photoperiod Kees Old School Haze from a previous grow that had a hidden male that I found too late. Nice robust seeds, outgrew their red cups really quick. They are currently 30 days from popping up out of the soil. I’m looking at them daily, using a 40x loupe, I see nothing yet that looks like a presex growths. I was hoping to see something by now. Maybe they’re all girls!
An opinions or advice?

Not full proof but definitely the best way to help tell what the sex might be earliest on I've seen it be pretty accurate using auto reg seeds but I've never done photo regs


"Some of the time the stipules (green hair-like growths near where pre-flowers show up) will cross each other on female plants. This certainly doesn’t always happen, as you can see from the pics of female pre-flowers on this page, but while girls can go either way, male plants rarely have stipules that cross each other. So although crossed stipules cannot be used definitively as a way to identify female plants, it can be a small clue to help guide you when you’re not sure. Just staring at my seeds, then I grab one then I put it back and grab another then I'll put that back and close the box and do this over and over till I just get too pressured to pick one. My wife ends up writing names down in a hat and makes me pick one cause she doesn't understand why I don't "just pick one already"

Just staring at my seeds, then I grab one then I put it back and grab another then I'll put that back and close the box and do this over and over till I just get too pressured to pick one. My wife ends up writing names down in a hat and makes me pick one cause she doesn't understand why I don't "just pick one already"

Ordered this on amazon black Friday for $48 and it got here 2 days early! Now to decide what to grow..

Is that 1 bag for $48? My local grow shop only carries 1 build a soil product and its that and i think i paid like $31 a bag!

Whatcha choosing between?

I want to plant 2 seeds from the same batch this time im tired of doing multiple cultivars and them needing different feeds..
I got alot of night owl I haven't run so I'm leaning more towards vanilla fizz or queens banner. But also have amulet og and naptown I'm considering too.

Also have a devil fruit from twenty20 i keep staring at..

Right now I have a cosmic apprentice by night owl on week 5, and I just started a sour stomper x double grape freebie last night so no meph for this next run.

Been sitting on some jeano too but his warning about plants not doing good under 24 hour lights is kinda preventing me from running his gear rn. I'll have to wait till things heat up to change light schedules.

Yeah. I haven't even shopped around the grow shops tbh, most around here are Chinese owned with very minimal basic products. Not really geared towards home growers. Yes they exist but none that are worth the drive or calling around. The bag is usually 60 bucks on amazon and on their webiste you got to buy 2 bags at 35 for free shipping so I ordered from their Amazon site. If it's good I'll just buy direct from build a soil.

I ran Root beer float , WTF and double bubble blueberry trouble under 24 and they did pretty good. Everything ive run from jeano has turned out good despite my best efforts to starve them of food and water. Good stuff
