Doing ok. Catching up on some laundry before making my dinner.

Doing well my friend… sun shining, dog walks, cannatea, and a turkey on the smoker….. and a cherry pie in waiting. I suppose this is what a good life looks like…to me anywho..

Plus I’m pretty sure I’m in the process of making gravy magic (I smoked the neck and giblets along with an onion and garlic, now that’s all simmering, waiting for the cavity juices and a brown roux thickener)
